<H2>How It Works</H2>
<P>Heather comes to your home in the van and plugs into your domestic electricity supply. The van carries a long extension lead and a cable curb cover should the lead cross a pavement.</P>
<P>Your requirements are then discussed to ensure that you dog is groomed in the way that you choose. Heather is a City &amp; Guilds qualified groomer.</P>
<P>Your dog is then washed, dried &amp; groomed all inside the van.</P>
<H2>About Heather (the Groomer)</H2>
<P>I am a City and Guilds qualified groomer.</P>
<P>I work by ensuring that I fully understand your requirements before grooming your dog. I view clients’ wishes as more important than breed standards.</P>
<P>I ensure that I am aware of any health issues before grooming, and that I understand the temperament of your dog.</P>
<P>I am able to deal with difficult dogs. I rarely use a muzzle as I feel it stresses the dog, but will do so for short periods if necessary.</P>
